At Interpack Technologies, we manufacture industrial labelling machines and packaging equipment to order for businesses across India. This shipping policy explains our delivery timelines, cost structure, and what to expect after placing an order.
Currency and coverage
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). We currently ship across India to all destinations within the country.
Shipping cost
We offer free delivery on all orders. Shipping costs are included in the product manufacturing fee quoted to you at the time of purchase. There are no additional shipping charges, surcharges, or hidden fees added to your final invoice.
Order cut-off
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST (Asia/Kolkata) on a working day are processed the same day. Orders received after the cut-off, or on non-working days, are processed on the next working day.
Handling time
Our handling time is 7 to 14 working days. This includes order verification, manufacturing scheduling, quality checks, and packaging for dispatch. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national and regional holidays.
Industrial labelling machines are custom-built to your specifications. The 7 to 14 day window allows our production team to complete configuration, testing, and quality assurance before the unit leaves our facility.
Transit time
Once dispatched, transit time is 14 to 30 working days for delivery anywhere in India. Transit duration depends on:
- Destination state and city
- Size and weight of the consignment
- Logistics partner availability
- Road and weather conditions
We dispatch shipments Monday to Saturday and use established freight partners experienced with industrial equipment delivery.
Total delivery time
Estimated total delivery time is 21 to 44 working days from the date of order confirmation, calculated as handling time plus transit time.
Tracking and communication
Once your order is dispatched, our team will share consignment details and the logistics partner contact via email. For larger machines, we coordinate dispatch timing with your facility to align with your installation schedule.
Working days
Working days for handling and dispatch are Monday to Saturday. We do not process or dispatch shipments on Sundays, national holidays, or major regional holidays.
Bulky and oversized shipments
Our products include heavy industrial machinery. Shipments are crated for safe transport and insured during transit. The longer transit window reflects the careful handling required for sensitive equipment such as labelling heads, sleeve applicators, and shrink tunnels.
Failed deliveries and re-attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because the consignee is unavailable or the receiving facility cannot accept the shipment on the planned date, our logistics partner will coordinate a re-attempt. Repeat failed deliveries may incur warehousing charges, which we will communicate before any costs are applied.
Coverage exceptions
This shipping policy applies to deliveries within India. International orders are governed by separate commercial terms agreed at the time of purchase, including shipping, customs, and any applicable export duties.
